FEES

Our firm prioritizes transparency and predictability in setting its fees. This allows our clients to avoid incurring costs they are unable to anticipate, while guaranteeing them the highest level of quality they can expect from their lawyer. 

The different billing methods

Our fees are therefore set in agreement with the client according to one of the following methods or a combination thereof:

Hourly billing

The firm charges for its services based on an hourly rate agreed upon in advance with the client.

 

The hourly rate is applied to all work undertaken on the case.

 

An estimate of the number of hours required is provided before work on the case begins so that successive retainers can be billed.

 

In certain cases where the assignment is suitable, part of the fees may correspond to a percentage of the expected outcome of the case. 

Packages

The firm may offer fee packages, which may be renewable, for pre-determined assignments or services.

These are calculated and capped in terms of intervention time based on an estimate of the time required to perform the services that the planned assignment is expected to involve.

 

This type of package allows customers to benefit from a reduction in the hourly rate normally applicable, up to a specified hourly limit.

Subscriptions

For disputes or proceedings that are ongoing, but also for regular and optimized monitoring and support of companies, assets, or complex legal situations, the firm offers subscription packages.

 

These consist of the payment of a monthly or quarterly flat fee for specific services.

The signing of a subscription agreement is preceded by a personalized exchange for the purpose of establishing a quote.

Regular postage costs are included in the fees, within reasonable limits. All other costs and expenses are billed separately (express delivery costs, registered mail costs, bailiff fees, court registry fees, travel and accommodation expenses if required by the case, fees for local correspondents for proceedings outside the Paris Bar, etc.).
