Leonardo BRIJALDO

Trained in the litigation departments of major international law firms, Leonardo BRIJALDO has been working for over ten years for French and foreign clients in commercial law, real estate law, and inheritance law.

A graduate of the Sorbonne Law School (University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne) in business law, private international law, and international trade law, he has also taught at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, the University of Cergy Pontoise, and the Paris Institute of Business Administration (IAE).

He assists entrepreneurs from various sectors (investment advisors, tourism operators, brokers, real estate developers, etc.) in monitoring and developing their businesses in France and abroad. He represents them in contract negotiations and in defense and prosecution cases before French courts.

Regularly involved in estate matters, he has developed particular expertise in real estate and inheritance law, enabling him to assist his clients with private matters relating to the valuation and transfer of their assets, whether personal or professional.

He also assists his clients in settling or unblocking complex or contentious estates, often international ones.
